How long does shipping take?

Every Cookies Clothing piece is made to order before it's dispatched.

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before being dispatched. Delivery times vary depending on the product ordered and your delivery address.

Where a product has a longer estimated delivery time, this will always be clearly stated on its individual product page.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Why is my order made to order?

We produce each item only after it's ordered.

This approach helps reduce unnecessary waste, avoids excess stock, and ensures every piece is made specifically for its owner rather than sitting on a warehouse shelf.

Can I return my order?

As every item is made especially for you, we can't accept returns for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll put it right as quickly as possible.

How do I choose the correct size?

Every product includes a detailed size guide to help you find the best fit.

Many of our garments feature an oversized fit by design. If you're unsure or prefer an even looser fit, we recommend sizing up.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

Most Cookies Clothing products are produced and dispatched from our UK production partners.

Some products, such as our phone cases, are fulfilled by a specialist production partner outside the UK, which may result in slightly longer delivery times. Any extended delivery estimates will always be shown on the relevant product page before you place your order.

Are your products true to size?

Most products fit true to size unless stated otherwise.

If a garment has an oversized fit, this will be clearly shown on the product page.

Can I cancel or change my order?

As we begin production shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not always be possible.

If you've made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
