Made to Order Products
Every Cookies Clothing item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind
- Personal preference
We encourage all customers to check the product description and size guide carefully before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
Once reviewed, we'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Cancellations
As production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations can only be accepted before production has started.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Refunds
Where a refund has been approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
