Every Cookies Clothing piece is made to order once your purchase has been placed. This helps reduce unnecessary waste while ensuring every garment is produced specifically for you.
Production Time
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before dispatch.
During new releases or particularly busy periods, production may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and promise it's worth the wait.
Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Estimated delivery times begin once production has been completed.
Delivery times vary depending on the product ordered and your delivery address.
Most Cookies Clothing products are produced and dispatched from our UK production partners. Some products, such as our phone cases, are fulfilled by a specialist production partner outside the UK, which may result in slightly longer delivery times. Where this applies, the estimated delivery time will be clearly displayed on the individual product page before you place your order.
Where Do You Ship?
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us. We'll investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and do everything we can to resolve it as quickly as possible.
